Field Trials Programme 2018/19

For the coming season, FIELD TRIAL SCEDULES  will be available either by post, email or by DOWNLOADING A COPY from the URC website by CLICKING HERE.

 

ENTRIES TO TRIALS VIA FTMS (field trial managenment system)

Entries to our trials can be also made, using this link to the Field Trial management system Please look at this system, it is a very efficient way of entering trials and automatically can provide a summary  of what you have entered.

There is also an extensive on line help using the FTMS HELP link below. If all else fails there is email support and also help available.

  • ENTRIES NOW ACCEPTED ON LINE VIA THE FIELD TRIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM using the above link
  • HELP WITH THE FTMS SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE USING FTMS HELP

By paper postal entries, one entry form per trial. If you might substitute a dog or would like to enter a second dog into the stake (which will go 2nd preference in the draw), please ensure you include details of your substitute or second dog on the entry form.

  Admin Fees - A non-refundable administration fee of £3 will be charged for each entry. Either:

1) By Paypal when entering on line via FTMS

OR

2) Payable by cheque (one cheque to cover all trials entered is acceptable) posted to the Field Trial Secretary. Cheques to be made payable to The United Retriever Club. 

 

Entry Fees - payable on the day prior to the start of the trial. NO MONEY - NO ARMBAND.

  •  Postal entries must be received by the Field Trial Secretary by the date of the draw. To receive a copy of the draw, please enclose either a stamped addressed self-seal large envelope or include a current email address on your entry form. The draw result will also be posted on the Club’s website.

  •  NO Entries will be accepted by email or telephone.

  • For your information this is a link to the Kennel Club Website page covering the organisation of Field Trials, this page includes the J regs, these the regualations by which Working tests and Field trials are conducted

 

NOTE  THAT SCHEDULES  WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT OUT BY POST.
